Description
The METAL DETECTOR DPM-01/MP is used to protect equipment fed by conveyor belts, against the presence of foreign metallic objects that may be mixed in the material transported. So the metal detector is widely used in flour mills, steel mills, coal processing, pulp mills, food industries, from cane sugar, etc. ... When a metal object is detected by the detector coil DPM-01/MP installed along the conveyor belt, it drives a relay to disconnect the belt and gives a signal to the operator. A metal detector protects plants from large, medium and small size at a cost. That represents a small fraction of the damage that can be caused by the inclusion of metal parts, while avoiding large losses caused by paralysis, often of an entire factory for repairs on the victim machine.
The METAL DETECTOR DPM-01/MP has positive benefits on the electromagnetic separators, it detects particles of ferrous or non ferrous materials even underwater or embedded in the material transported. It also stands out from conventional metal detectors, because it is a micro-controlled circuit quite a different set of operational resources and a high degree of noise immunity and electromagnetic interference.

METAL DETECTOR WITH PLANAR COIL
Coil system model "float" under the conveyor belt, for use in quarrying, mining, cement, alcohol plants and "tubular" for industries with transportation of raw materials in general.
